Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK place your order and your card company will convert the transaction from your own currency. They may charge a small commission on the transaction.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us immediately and we will correct the mistake.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally dispatch your order to you in 2 business days. International orders are may take longer depending on circumstances.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. For orders outside of the UK the recipient is responsible for any duty, vat or other charges that may become due.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, card transactions are taken care of by the card handling company. We never see your card details and neither do we have access to them. They are not on any part of the web site.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days and return the goods within a further 14 days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Remittance Terms
For customers that have a credit facility with us payment is strictly 30 days net. For particularly large orders we may request some or all the payment is made when the order is placed.
